Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support residents in daily living activities and comfort. This role requires a warm, patient demeanor and the ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include helping residents with personal care, facilitating activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and responding promptly to calls. Prior CNA/HHA certification or CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/HHA certification is preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• State regulations may require additional training or certification for medication assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks per procedures.
• Review shift reports and communicate changes in residents' needs to the health team.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and appointments.
• Encourage independence and respect residents' personal choices and spiritual needs.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and ensure infection control practices are followed.
