Otterbein SeniorLife is hiring Resident Assistants to help residents with Activities of Daily Living, working with a team to enhance quality of life. We value compassionate care, teamwork, and resident-centered services across our Ohio communities.

Positions include 1st and 2nd shifts with starting pay of $15.00 per hour, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. Education preferred is a high school diploma; no certification is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification: No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and daily living activities with care and compassion.
• Provide supervision and support for transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Coordinate with nurse and care team to meet resident needs.
• Respond quickly to emergency calls from Independent Living residents per nurse in charge.
• Assist residents with other daily needs as required.
• Experience in dementia or memory care setting preferred.
