Available Shift: 1st shift Full Time & PRN. You will assist with ADLs, assist with transfers, communicate with the nurse, and support residents to maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing.
• Provide supervision, cueing or non-weight-bearing transfer assistance as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with residents' needs and team structure; work under nurse supervision.
