Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking compassionate individuals for the Assisted Living Resident Assistant role in Ohio. You will help residents with Activities of Daily Living and contribute to a family-like campus atmosphere that values dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide encouragement and high-quality care in a cheerful, timely manner
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living per resident
• Support transfer and ambulation with supervision or cueing as needed per resident
• Roll carts and laundry safely through work areas
• Coordinate with residents' needs and the team
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse in charge
