Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is hiring Part Time Resident Assistants to support residents with activities of daily living in our caring communities. You will work as a team with Partners and nurses to deliver person-centered care.

High school diploma preferred; no certification required. Starting pay $15.00/hr, benefits include medical insurance, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and daily pay options. This role offers growth potential in a supportive nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Certification: No certification required.
• Experience in caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (teeth care, toileting, bathing, dressing).
• Provide supervision or cueing for transfers as needed.
• Communicate with residents and team to coordinate care.
• Work with the nurse in charge to ensure safe care.
• Respond quickly to emergency calls from residents.
• Support residents with various daily needs as necessary.
