Job summary

Rockingham County is seeking Personal Care Partners to deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a fast-paced setting. You will engage with residents, support wellness needs, and assist with daily living activities while observing safety and quality standards.

The role offers up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus, 2nd and 3rd shift differentials, and weekend premiums. A High School Diploma or GED and CPR/BLS certification are required, with NCCC welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• NCCC welcomed, not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with residents and provide high-quality, person-centered care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and observe/report changes to wellness staff.
• Follow safety and infection control policies and maintain accurate documentation.
