Job summary

Rockingham County, NH is seeking Medication Care Partners to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents in our facility. You will engage with residents and families, support wellness needs, and assist with aspects of daily living while following safety and infection-control policies.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, two years in a health-care setting, and MNA; CPR/BLS certification is required. Training opportunities and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years related experience in a Health Care setting and/or training.
• An equivalent combination of education, work and experience will be considered.
• Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) required.
• CPR/BLS Certified.
• National Caregiver Certification Course welcomed, not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents in a friendly, caring manner and engage in activities.
• Provide hands-on care including meals, laundry, showering as needed.
• Document changes and report to the Resident Care Coordinator/Manager.
• Follow safety and infection-control policies and procedures.
