Job summary

Complete Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality clinical care in a supportive, team-focused environment. Full-Time and Part-Time Openings on 2nd Shift!

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and updating care plans. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Sign-On bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Experience with EMR systems and long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications/treatments, and oversee resident care plans.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with state and clinical regulatory standards.
