Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a qualified Resident Care Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations related to resident care and to promote the mission of providing excellent service. You will manage the Assisted Living team, schedule staff, and participate in care plan meetings with families and residents.

The role requires 3–5+ years caregiver experience, HS or GED, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred.
• CAN experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families.
• Prefer CNA; fluent English for duties.

Responsibilities

• Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members.
• Schedule Assisted Living team members.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change.
• Promote all company policies to ensure high-quality care.
• Attend weekly at-risk meetings with HWD, ED, MCC/MCD to coordinate resident needs.
• Review and implement processes for optimal operational efficiency (shower, laundry, caregiver assignment sheets).
