Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of care in Assisted Living/Memory Care communities. The role supports the clinical/community team (ALD, LC, Programming, Clinical, Hospitality, Regional Directors of Clinical Operations and VPQS) with day-to-day operations and may direct the Assisted Living Program during absences.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, active RN/LPN license, 3+ years in senior housing or long-term care, and

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Active RN/LPN license and CEU requirements.
• 3+ years experience in senior housing or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/assist with delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents.
• Work with residents and families to ensure appropriate levels of care.
• Develop and monitor documentation for assessments and service plans.
