Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM. The role oversees day-to-day operations for resident care and coordinates with the care team to implement care plans, while aligning with the company mission of hospitality, excellence, and teamwork.

The position requires 3-5+ years caregiver experience, CAN experience preferred, and strong scheduling and family communication skills. English fluency, basic computer skills, and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required; General studies background preferred.
• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred; CAN experience preferred; scheduling and communicating with families expected.
• Certification: CNA preferred.
• Fluent English required for communication with staff, residents and families.
• Basic computer skills; Excel for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assisted Living team members under HWD guidance.
• Schedule Assisted Living team members.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents; manage ISP’s as needs change.
• Promote all company policies to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Attend weekly risk meetings with leadership to flag resident needs.
