Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated RCC to oversee day-to-day operations related to resident care at our Assisted Living community. You will manage frontline staff, schedule shifts, and participate in care plan meetings with families to adapt ISP requirements as resident needs evolve.

The role emphasizes promoting company policies, coordinating with the HWD and leadership, and ensuring efficient processes for staffing, communication, and resident care delivery.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• Area of study: General.
• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred.
• CAN experience preferred; scheduling and communicating with families.
• CNA preferred.
• Fluent in English to perform duties and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members.
• Schedule Assisted Living team members.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as needs change.
• Promote all company policies by ensuring communities provide the best care possible.
• Participate in weekly risk meetings with leadership to ensure awareness of resident needs.
• Review and implement processes for operational efficiency (schedules, assignments, etc.)
