Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulations is preferred.
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop staff.
