Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader in a senior care setting, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while guiding the caregiving team.

You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach staff on quality standards and documentation, review ISP-aligned charting, monitor resident health changes, assist with onboarding, and uphold safety and regulatory requirements; competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED, age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation.
• Review charting to ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor resident health changes and communicate concerns promptly.
