Job summary

Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents, following individualized care plans. You will identify residents before procedures, document accurately, and report changes to the Nursing Supervisor promptly.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, maintaining clean and safe rooms, and using EMR/EHR systems to record vitals, intake and meals.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow care plans accurately.
• Willingness to work with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care following residents' care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately.
• Report changes in condition to Nursing Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Document intake, output, and meals as required.
