Marquis Autumn Hills is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM/MDS) to oversee resident care, coordinating with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and quality of life. RN preferred; experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply.

Relocation assistance is available; the role involves leading MDS assessments, CAAs, and nursing systems, with ongoing support and friendly staff in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment, with strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Nurses with long-term care experience and prior Nurse Supervisor experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care of an assigned group of residents.
• Coordinate resident care and support nursing staff.
• Complete required resident assessments through the MDS process, including CAAs.
