We are seeking an RN who is passionate about resident-centered care and clinical excellence. Experienced LPNs with a strong background in long-term care and resident assessments are also encouraged to apply.

About The Role

As Resident Care Manager, you will oversee the care of an assigned group of residents, working closely with residents and their families, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and nursing staff to promote quality care and quality of life.

You will play an important role in coordinating resident care, supporting nursing staff, and completing required resident assessments through the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, including Care Area Assessments (CAAs).

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment, with strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Nurses with long-term care experience, a passion for working with the senior population, and prior Nurse Supervisor experience are encouraged to apply.
• Hands‑on training and support will be provided to help you learn Marquis nursing systems, procedures, and expectations.
