Marquis Companies in Oregon is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Resident Care Manager (RCM). You will conduct and coordinate resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including CAAs, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality of life for residents.

You will work with Charge Nurse, CNA and Medication Nurse, and operate within an electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 - 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and coordinate resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, CNA and Medication Nurse.
• Support quality of life and care of residents through effective care planning and coordination.
• Operate within an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.
