Marquis Companies is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) – RN in Las Vegas to lead resident assessments (MDS) and coordinate care with physicians and the care team. The role emphasizes quality of life and comprehensive care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2–3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) per current rules and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Physicians, healthcare providers, and facility inter-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care through the Charge Nurse, CNAs, and Medication Nurse to meet residents' quality of life and care.
