Formación

• Current LPN or RN license is required.
• Experience in management of care for seniors preferred.
• Must meet state licensure requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implementing resident-centered care.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments and care plans, discuss changes with physicians, intervene to reduce falls, and assist with medications when needed.
• Coordinate the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care planning.
