Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Manager, Assisted Living (LPN or RN) for a full-time role in the Resident Care department. Compensation starts at USD 64,000 per year.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 9am-5pm. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising and staffing the care team; delivering resident-centered nursing care, health assessments and care planning; coordinating admissions with the multidisciplinary team; and occasional weekend coverage as

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN or Registered Nurse license.
• Management experience directing/providing care for seniors is preferred.
• Strong background in patient care assessment and developing approaches to meeting resident needs.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members
• Implementing resident-centered care
• Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments and resident care plans, discussing changes with physicians, and interventions to reduce falls; administer medications as needed
• Coordinate resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care planning; work with multidisciplinary team
