Spectrum Retirement Communities in Burr Ridge, IL seeks an RN or LPN with strong management experience to lead nursing teams in a full-time role.

You will oversee recruitment, care planning, and resident assessments, coordinate admissions, and ensure resident-centered care with an on-site team.

The position includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and occasional weekend coverage as Manager-on-Duty.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in directing/providing care for seniors.
• Strong background in patient care assessment and resident needs.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Implement resident-centered care and care plans.
• Provide nursing care including assessments, care planning, and physician communication; manage medications as needed.
• Coordinate resident admissions with multidisciplinary team and conduct screening and planning.
• Occasional weekend coverage as Manager-On-Duty.
