Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in Overland Park, Kansas to effectively manage and direct resident services in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with families, physicians, and pharmacy teams to ensure quality care.

The role requires a valid LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and strong English communication. Candidates must meet confidentiality and safety requirements and be prepared for varied shifts

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license (LPN or RN) and be in good standing with the state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer resident services per company policies and regulations.
• Report to the Executive Director and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and policies.
• Assist with admissions and resident rights information.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and pharmacies as required.
• Oversee staff competency and supervision and participate in hiring decisions.
