Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) to lead nursing staff and oversee infection control and care planning. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $37.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include shift assignments, documentation, medication order transcription, and ensuring timely care plans for residents. A current LPN license is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and regulations pertaining to nursing care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention; ensure areas are clean and maintained.
• Make daily work assignments; prepare evaluations; administer disciplinary actions as needed; handle complaints; provide training.
• Monitor supplies and order as needed.
• Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts; ensure timely MAR/TAR and progress notes.

Pay: Starting at $37.00/HR DOE

Location: Three Rivers Care, 1305 Alexander St., Centralia, WA 98531

What you will do:

• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean.
• Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education,
• Monitor supplies and order as needed
• Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD/PA/ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR/TAR and progress notes
• Assess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders.
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

Must have:

• Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
• BLS Certified
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
