Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care under supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while observing and reporting changes to the nurse.

• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, helping residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:
