Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. The role focuses on monitoring patients, administering medications, and supporting residents with daily needs in a welcoming setting.

The position offers hourly pay between $35 and $40.50 DOE, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments during the first year of hire, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Current and valid LPN license.

• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsabilités

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient\'s vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
