Willapa Harbor Care in Raymond, WA is seeking an MDS Coordinator to manage the RAI process and maximize accurate reimbursement while staying compliant. The ideal candidate holds current LPN licensure and has MDS 3.0 experience, with strong English communication. Formación

• MDS 3.0 experience required.
• Current LPN state licensure without enforcement actions.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
• Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
• Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
• Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy
