Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Washington state is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant. Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 2 PM. Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/HR DOE. Location: Three Rivers Care, 1305 Alexander St., Centralia, WA 98531.

Qualifications

• Must have active state CNA/NAC licensure.
• Must have active OBRA registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Contracture prevention/management.
• Perform PROM/AROM/AAROM as directed.
• Provide splint/brace assistance and proper positioning.
• Support feeding with cues, assist where needed, with safety.
• Assist ambulation and prosthesis care as applicable.

Job duties:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Contracture Prevention/Management
• Passive Range of Motion (PROM), Active Range of Motion (AROM), Active Assistive Range of Motion (AAROM)
• Splint/brace assistance, positioning
• Self-feeding with compensatory strategies, assisted feeding with cues, dependent feeding with safety precautions
• Ambulation, amputation/prosthesis care

Must have:
