Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA. The role involves transporting residents to medical appointments, activities, and errands, as well as picking up admissions from hospitals and care facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transporting and escorting residents to/from medical appointments, activities, outings, and general errands.
• Picking up new admissions from nearby hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of the facility van; including scheduling and arranging for general preventative maintenance, minor repairs, licensing, etc.
• Help out on the floor as a Certified Nursing Assistant in between driving responsibilities

What you will do:
