Evergreen Healthcare Group is looking for a Resident Care Manager Nurse (RCM) at Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center to oversee proper care for residents and supervise licensed nurses and CNAs.

The role emphasizes medication administration, vital signs, and updating care plans in response to residents’ changing conditions, ensuring compliance with state and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Geriatric, long-term care and rehabilitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Observes residents, records changes, and notifies supervisors and physicians.
• Monitors vital signs to detect changes in condition.
• Implements disciplinary actions for staff non-compliance with regulations.

Job Summary

Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for a Resident Care Manager Nurse (RCM) to oversee the proper administration of total care to our residents. Provides general nursing care to residents, and oversee the work of the Licensed Nurses and CNAs in our facility.

Essential Functions

• Obtains and administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Observes resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor, family, (responsible party) and physician of resident's change in condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Takes vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of resident.
• Administers appropriate disciplinary action for nursing staff non-compliance with state and federal regulations and Center policies.
• Modifies resident care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Aide flow sheets in conjunction with resident changes in condition

Education, Licensure, and Experience

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required: Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
