Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Largo, FL is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator/LPN Supervisor to partner with the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing resident care services in accordance with applicable standards. The role emphasizes leadership over nursing staff and collaboration to maintain high-quality care.

Weekly hours are 9AM-5:30PM with weekend rotation, and wage is $30-$31.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Current active nursing license in the applicable state (Florida).
• Experience leadership or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize and direct resident care services.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies and safety programs.
• Develop and maintain service plans, document care, and communicate with health care providers.
• Participate in CQI and quality assurance activities and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
