Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Largo, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full- and part-time evening shifts 2 PM to 10 PM to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care/assisted living setting.

You will lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff, perform daily nursing functions, manage medication administration, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations. Hourly pay ranges from $26 to $29 plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in Florida.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and regulations.
• Ability to supervise CNAs/Caregivers and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in resident care.
• Complete daily rounds and document care, treatments and changes.
• Administer medications as ordered and ensure MAR accuracy.
• Maintain safe, sanitary nursing units and report safety concerns.
