Job summary
The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evenings and part-time overnights at our Largo, FL community. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure nursing personnel comply with safety programs and policies.
- Admit, transfer, discharge residents with proper documentation.
- Complete initial assessments and care/service plans with updates.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered; communicate with pharmacy.
- Supervise CNAs/Caregivers to maintain standards of care.
- Maintain clean and sanitary nursing areas and equipment.
