Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in our community. This role involves guiding licensed and non-professional staff to deliver direct resident care in alignment with nursing standards and health regulations.

The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules with an evening shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm and every-other-weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions according to current rules and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety programs, and quality standards.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Complete assessments and develop/adjust care plans as needed.
• Document and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing management.
