Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking an LPN to join our Minnesota community, delivering holistic nursing care in alignment with licensure standards. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff in direct resident care and contribute to care planning and coordination with health care providers.

Shifts are on call with availability across all shifts, and compensation ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license.
• Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, residents and families.
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care following standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivery of direct resident care.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete assessments and develop care/service plans with health care providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and respond to changes in resident conditions.
