Bethesda Dilworth is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents, visitors and staff, answer calls, transfer messages, and support the front desk in delivering compassionate service. You will maintain an organized workstation, sign out visitors, and route information quickly per department procedures.

Experience is helpful but not required; there are opportunities for growth and a benefits package including 403b, daily pay, bonuses, holiday pay, and insurance for regular status employees.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Minimum typing skills of 35wpm.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands at the same time.
• Occasionally lifts and transports items up to 10lbs.

Aufgaben

• Greets and directs residents, visitors, employees, physicians, and other inquiring parties in a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Answers all telephone calls by the third ring, transfers calls, and provides messages.
• Keeps workstation neat and reports equipment failures or unusual circumstances.
• Monitors all individuals entering or leaving the facility and signs out visitors with family.
• Per established procedures, prepares and distributes documents and assists with mail.
