Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader across the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high‑quality, resident‑centered services. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise's mission and care standards.

You will lead the nursing team, conduct resident assessments, oversee ISP development, manage medication and infection control, drive QAPI

Qualifications

• RN license and clinical leadership experience.
• Experience leading nursing teams and care programs.
• Experience with assessments, ISP development, and care coordination.
