Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) to serve as the clinical leader of the community. The role oversees health and wellness services, leads the nursing team, manages care programs and drives clinical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing ISPs, monitoring outcomes, supervising medication management, and ensuring safe, compliant, resident-centered care in a dynamic senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience leading clinical teams in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and patient care standards.

• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness
