Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across health, wellness and care coordination for residents.

You will conduct assessments, oversee ISP, monitor changes, coordinate with physicians, manage medication programs, CLIA and infection control, and drive QAPI initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and regulatory compliance.

Pay Range: 88,816.00 - 122,512.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
