Job summary

Brigham House is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee the Resident Services department, ensuring safe operation and regulatory compliance. You will design care plans, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate health services for residents.

The role requires RN licensure, strong leadership, and ability to maintain high standards of patient care and communication with residents, families, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Certification or licensed per state guidelines.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check for unlicensed employees per state regulation.
• Medical certification confirming freedom from communicable diseases including TB at hire and annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and ensure the safe operation of the Resident Services department.
• Supervise Nursing and Resident Care staff; manage staffing, scheduling, training and evaluations.
• Coordinate health-related services; develop resident service plans per regulations; ensure compliance with PCP instructions.
