Job summary

HallKeen Assisted Living Communities in Weymouth, MA, seeks a Resident Care Director to oversee the Resident Services department, ensuring safe operation and regulatory compliance. You will assess residents, develop care plans, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate health services with PCPs and outside providers.

The role requires an active RN license, strong leadership, adherence to training programs, and a commitment to high-quality resident care in a compassionate, compliant community.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Certification or licensed per state guidelines.
• Must complete all HallKeen trained programs.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
• Willingness to work varied schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify clinical status of potential residents and obtain PCP input.
• Supervise medication management and resident self-administration.
• Coordinate health-related services for residents.
• Develop and revise service plans per state regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff, staffing, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Ensure community staffing and contracts with Home Health Agency.
• Act as OSHA Liaison and ensure safe operations.
