Heritage Senior Living seeks an accomplished Director of Nursing to lead clinical services and resident care in a senior living community. You will oversee documentation, medication management, ISP development, and regulatory compliance while building a strong care team and partnering with families.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wisconsin nursing license in good standing.
• Experience and/or supervisory leadership in senior care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Resident Care & Clinical Services and supervise clinical team.
• Oversee medication management and safety program.
• Develop ISPs and coordinate care-planning meetings with families.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate clinical documentation.
• Drive infection prevention, audits, and quality improvement.
• Partner with providers, pharmacies, and hospitals as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
