Viva Senior Living is seeking an experienced Resident Care DON Assistant to support Nursing Administration. The role requires an LPN license or equivalent certification and a minimum of one year of clinical experience, with strong English communication and leadership skills to manage staff and care plans.

Responsibilities include ensuring policy compliance, coordinating staffing, supervising care staff, and maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Competenze

• Must possess valid RMA, L1MA, CMT certification or LPN license.
• At least 1 year of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Adhere to facility policies and resident rights.
