Job summary

Viva Senior Living at Glassboro is seeking an Assistant Resident Care Director to support nursing operations and assist the Resident Care Director in a caring, professional setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/RN license or Medication Technician license, with at least one year of clinical experience, and demonstrates fluency in English. You will help ensure regulatory adherence, resident well-being, and collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LPN or RN license or a valid Medication Technician license/certificate, in good standing in accordance with laws of this state.
• A minimum of one (1) year of full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing administration in collaboration with the Resident Care Director.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local health and regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Maintain the Resident Bill of Rights and a compassionate, dignified environment for residents.
• Adhere to attendance policies and facility procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
