Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Resident Care Director for an assisted living community. You will oversee the overall management and quality of care, coordinating with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure residents receive compassionate, dignified service.

This full-time role requires a current RN or LPN license in the state, active CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing community or related healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
