Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for the Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center in Youngsville, NC. You will oversee daily operations, ensure resident care excellence, and partner with senior leadership to uphold quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing community, or related healthcare setting; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Support staff development and ensure compliance with care standards.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

• Previous ALF experience preferred.
