Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC 27546. The role oversees the assisted living community and ensures high-quality resident care.

You will work with the Executive Director and Medical Director to maintain standards, supervise staff, and drive operational excellence. This full-time position offers growth, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, preferably long-term care.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p

  • Flexibility for After Hours and Weekends
• Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
