Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for Green Leaf Care Center, located at 2041 NC HWY 210 N, Lillington, NC 27546. This full-time role leads the assisted living community to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

You will work with the Executive Director and Medical Director to maintain care standards, supervise nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Shifts are 8:30am–5:00pm, with on-call and after-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p

• Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
