Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for Meadowview Assisted Living Center at 250 NC Highway 210, Smithfield, NC 27577. This full-time role leads the assisted living community, ensuring the highest quality of care with direct collaboration with the Executive Director and Medical Director.

The position requires an active RN or LPN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home or related healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Coordinate with Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure high quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain a supportive, compassionate environment.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
