Job summary

Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center in Youngsville, NC seeks a Resident Care Director to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care under the guidance of the Executive Director and Medical Director.

The role requires NC-licensed RN or LPN, AHA CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with ALF experience preferred. A supportive, team-focused environment with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN or LPN license in NC.
• Must possess active CPR certification by AHA.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• Previous ALF experience preferred.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

• Previous ALF experience preferred.
